damn I'd be scared as sh*t to take a sawzall to my liner. Everyone seems to be doing the OHC install in groups of 2. Think I'll be fine installing mine by myself?

...you could tell, because Justin isn't dumb enough to operate a sawzall in those close quarters without wearing safety glasses...

I will get some up. Mine was my dads. It developed a problem and he quit riding it. I rode it a little last year. Replaced the stator with a newer model (suppose to fix the charging issue), did fix the issue.
I am going to have to have it rebuilt... Something is wrong somewhere. I did even put tags on it this year.

Been wanting to get a newer VFR, the anniversary edition is the shizzle (red/white/blue with ABS)!

Toreador4x4, great job on the OHC. BTW, do you screw the mounting bracket to the roof or is that a 2nd layer of metal inside? How many screws to really secure it from bouncing around?

there are 2 or 3 short screws holding the bracket into the sub-roof, then two screws and two clips that hold the OHC to the bracket

Anyone do a wiring scheme for an 05 Ranger? (04-06). Where's the Smart Junction box located in an 05?Is it best to run wires to the passenger side and down the A pillar or driver side?
