Icon12 painted my wheels!

finally got to paint my wheels. as always prep is a pain in the butt, but its worth it. truck looks so much better. also put the vinyl on the hood. lemme know what yall think!

Thanks guys. The mustache on the hood is because the. bug shield the previous owner had on scuffed the paint on the bulge.

How did you do the rims ?

I've been wanting to do the exact same thing with mine for awhile now but haven't had the ***** to do it because I didn't want to screw them up..

painter's tape, black spray paint, high quality clear coat spray paint.

if you really want to insure it looks good, go to a pawn shop or lowe's and get a $30 little spray gun and a little $50 compression tank or something.

edit- or powdercoat them and spend some real money.

I did my Fourwheeler rims like that, except i went and bought some simi-flat black spray paint, some scotch bright pads and some liquid paint thinner. They turned out great!

all i did was sand mine, then primer, and then about 4 coats of satin black. its so easy
