The lights have 2 coats of nite-shade to hide them.. I like em.. easy mod that took a good 2 hours of running wire and rerunning wire with a wire loom.. I got them because this electronics store in arlington did not do refunds after I returned some computer crap, so I got a toy :006:

Ill get a few tomorrow after work.. :biggthump

I am thinking about having them aim towards the sides of the truck instead of straight back so I can see them in the rear view mirrors.. They are plenty bright but they are pointed down and straight back so I dont see much from the cab..

Those look like the same lights I have on my back bumper. I still need to wore them up though.

08XLT4x4 Jun 2, 2009 08:08 PM

you should wire them up to the reverse lights so they come on automatically

I was thinking about doing that, but it is as simple as tapping the reverse lights and adding a relay? no more work than that Im just too lazy,,

08XLT4x4 Jun 2, 2009 08:28 PM

yeah, use the same relay you have now and instead of the switch, use the revers light power as the switch. thats what im gonna do soon as i get a custom rear bumper with aux reverse lights made
