Our snow doesn't get any interesting names here, it's always just Lake Effect

 

yup, we used to get tons of snow here. now we are lucky to get 2-6 at a time.

 

The thread cracks me up.

I live in Alabama and we get maybe 2 or 3" every five years.

 

 

Im in anchorage right now. Drove to work today in 8 inches of fresh snow, in a chevy cruze

 

In north Alabama we usually get 1-3 a year. However the end of 2010 and beginning of 2011 we got two decent knows. First on christmas which was 7" then two weeks later we got 9" of snow. This year we have gotten snow twice. First was like 2" and was gone in two days. Then we got 3" and most of it was gone later in the day lol.

We have superstorms that make hurricanes look weaksauce
