The brightness is not what you expect, it is brighter, but its a much smoother lookable bright. These are not your standard LED's they are special fiber optic ones. You cant even see the LEDs, they are inside, the bulb just looks like clear plastic.

I figured we needed a comparison as i've really never seen one. The red is MUCH more richer of a red color than with the incadesant stock bulbs. I need to fix the 'hyperflash' issue. 3rd light is now led as well.

Oh.... HID = ownage. LED = more ownage. HID heads + HID fogs + LED *** end = multipledge quadupralage ownage. lol.

no matter how much energy you save, its being pulled from the battery.. and the alternator is charging the battery, so no matter whats gone, the alternator will still be running at full swing the whole time.. even if its drawing 80% less.. as long as its on your belt line, it'll still be spinnign with the exact same resistance as before.

I do like the LED lighting though.. if I had the time on my hands.. I wouldnt mind doing somethign like that as well =)

Wait a min hold up, This is old but did no one catch this? Ever go to jump start a dead battery notice your RPMs drop, Wow wonder what that is, Called current being generated, The more current you draw from your alternator the more the more strain on the engine you create. Just cause its there and running does not mean it has a draw on it. Your voltage is there but there is nothing to generate draw.

LED's = Less current draw, Less energy used, More savings, Yes it maybe pennys, Pennys add up.
