I doubt that'd work. He may get a ticket from it but simply "i couldnt see his taillights therefore he didnt exist" would be a pretty failtastic legal defense. Evan should switch to stocker taillights though for a short while, haha.

i don't think he's defrauding the insurance company. he's just putting replacement taillight in.
as for who is at fault, if it was in a parking lot, it's 50% your's and 50% hers. heck, if you can prove she was cutting through, you might be able to get her for 100% fault. i think up here it's frowned upon or maybe even illegal to just "cut through without using the lot". i know were are in two different countries, but you never kno....

Plain and simple: Niteshades is unsafe when used in excess. You can't see **** during the daytime.
She must have been hauling some *** or Sanity wasn't paying attention... Was she racing towards the interstate in reverse through the parking lot?!? Otherwise, Sanity should have been able to stop in the middle of backing out of his parking space.
