weekend mod

weekend mod

the finished product trimmed the universal pod to fit the pillar did this in a few attempts

first attempt was with the hair dryer, then tried boiling it. but it would not stay ply able long enough so i drimled it up to fit. dam good i say.

operating pretty good

will get a few more pics of it

it all good. driving all day and i have not seen the gauge go above 150 -160 and it is not distracting at all.

my trany has been slipping and got it serviced. my trans fluid was burned. so i installed the trans temp gauge.

this gauge was the closest to my stock set as i could find. planning to change the back light to match though. i am keeping the pod black for now because it kind matches the tan/black interior.

Looks alright, but would look better if it was painted to match the rest of the interior.
