I will probably start in January I need to line up another car or take off a week of work. I am just going with a reasonable height just for 35's dont want to go much bigger since its just a D44.

Well when you factor in all the custom work with dropping an Edge you might as well do a SAS. lol

So, is it under the truck yet?

Ya know when you buy those things everyone expects you to be done yesterday.

Anymore I tell them the axle in my barn isn't going in my ranger just to shut em up.

I am going 9" in the rear probably. I am going to keep them full width for right now.

Thinking about cutting the axle shorter and not running full width. Seems pretty easy as long as you measure the pinion and caster really good before you cut it. How much shorter do most people cut them for a Ranger? I still want them to stick out just alittle. I will probably just install it full width and see how I like it.

anyways, i gotta go against the grain on this one, i think i remmeber you saying you hardly wheel it and a complaint about the poor fuel economy ... seems strange that youre going SFA now

I was mainly wanting to drop it cause I go through the suspension parts like crazy (wheel bearings and stuff) and the fact that I DON'T wheel it cause it feels like its going to break driving on pavement. lol I am tired of the ****ty IFS and want it GONE. I am looking at getting a daily driver right now. Dropping an Edge takes alot of work also probably as much as doing a sas I love the way my truck looks and would love to drop it but thats why I am going to buy another car/truck to drop and drive everyday.

I would say just go coils and radius arms cause of the cast wedges. it'll make it a ton easier yet still be a lot better than leaves.

I forgot to bring those radius arms down but i can send those with Lee too. I got 'em for free so they're yours for free if you want them.

And you want the wheels right? I'll probably see him Tuesday.
