So me, dustin, steven, Josh and brad and company went mudding today on what we though was public land. Well about 30 minutes in a game warden pulls us over. Says we are tearing up farm land. We honestly didn't know and there we're no signs. he said that is due to people tearing them down. We all ended up getting tickets, but dustin I think was scared the most. I'll let him explain that lol. Even though we got tickets the guy ende up being pretty cool.

OMG!!!! today was frakin hillarious!!! and its even more funny now when i look at the vids!!! Sucks i got my truck that dirty for only 10 mins of fun but o well!!! Gotta LOVE the state of alabama though!!! its funny they wrote 5 $300 tickets but come tax time the state is supposedly broke!!! yeah he shoulda let us go with a warning because there were no sign posted and dustin is lucky he didnt go to jail!!!! LMAO!!!

BTW...yes we keep our offroading safe and legal..the game warden even said people have been tearing down the signs and or shootin them up. and there were NO signs posted anywhere about that part being private land ON the management area!!

No it was actully decatur at swan creek.. It was a good time though.. sorry the new guy got a ticket his first time out with us!!! lol.. it was good times.. Dustin looked like he was scraed ****less.. lol

I can't count how many times I've ran from the po-po from wheelin' illegally on trails off of old forestry roads! Got 2 warnings from the same Ranger though. He had a forestry xj with a rustys 5" kit under it on 33's. Freakin' sick forestry mobile!

 

man there is this place on my way to school I wanna hit soo bad. its a farm service road that has a mud hole about 5-10ft long I know its not deep, I wanna fly through it going ~40 haha. . . but i don't wanna ticket.

 

I haven't had to run yet from wheeling where i'm probably not supposed to be have gotten back to the road a couple of times to have cops drive by me lol

 

That sucks on the tickets.... FWIW, it'd probably fight those tickets, since the enforcement officer himself said that the signs were missing.

dustin had 2 guns, I had to watch the vid like 5 times to understand wtf they were saying.

 

Yeah he had 2 guns in the back of his truck. a rifle and a shotgun. But now that i think about he couldn'a done anything since he was writing us a ticket for offroading on public land that was supposedly not part of the management area!!
