i got the 3.73 explorer axle for 125 complete...well i wanted 4.10s but they didnt have it well i waited and then they called me and told me they for a 4.10ls rear they will give me and it was missing the brakes and a messed up brake line so i swapped over all the parts from the 3.73 and put them on the 4.10 rear then welded the leaf perches and installed it...i spent 70 bucks on diff fluid it required 75w 140 fully synthetic sucked but oh well...im scrapping the old 7.5 rear and returning the other 8.8 to the junkyard and picking up some other parts.

Nice man, but that's cheating with the lift for the axle swap. I had to use a forklift to hold the truck up when I did mine.
