I saw a trailer the other day at work that had the tongue made out of a 2x10 peice of wood. That was scary.

and u should see the tong on this trailer.... i ust couldnt take a pic...

the tonge was welded like that a simple elbow.. and let me tell u the welds didnt look nice from far.. i could even see a few holes on there...
