Please post more information on your truck. what size engine what transmission it has etc.
Does the truck have a check engine light on?
Have you completed any diagnostic work on this truck or just parts swapping?
With problems like yours on a truck as old as yours I suggest some good old fashion diagnostic work.
Starting with obtaining any codes stored in the computer this can be done by jumping a diagnostic connector under the hood and counting the flashing check engine light. ( if you need help with this just ask )
If you do not have any codes in the computer and your check engine light does work.
You should start with a fuel pressure test. test the pressure with the key on engine off and with the engine cranking or running.
Once you have this information shut the truck off and see if the pressure bleeds down.
Other easy to check items would be is too look for dry rotted or cracked broken vacuum lines.
When you say you replaced all the ignition parts list all the parts you replaced.
When you replaced the fuel pumps did you inspect the tank for debris? and or clean the tank out.
