HELP!!! My truck will not start when it is cold outside but will when its warm

I am having trouble with my truck. I just moved to Oklahoma from California and have a 94 ranger 2.3 liter 5speed. I have never had a problem with it starting until it started getting cold outside. It has always started on the first turn. It starts if it is 4degreese but will not if its any colder. I am thinking MAF??!! I have replaced the plugs, wires, battery, alternator, fuel filter, fuel pump, and oil and filter. The MAF is the last thing I can think of but would like someone else's opinion before I spend $150 on a non refundable part.
I really appreciate your time and help! Please help me figure this out. Any advice is appreciated.

Does your new battery have a good amount of cold cranking amps? If not, that could be it. If you try one of those little bottles of dry gas and it starts then your fuel lines are freezing

Yes it does. I made sure that it did after all the money I have been spending lol. I also tried the dry gas and still nothing. Thats why i thought it may be the MAF. Not telling the computer to run rich since it's cold out? I am out of ideas. I have never encountered this problem before. I was reading on another forum that it is common for the MAF on these rangers to go out.
