2.3 Mazda Engine-Intake Manifold-Sources
 

I have a 2003 Ranger with the 2.3 Mazda (VIN D) engine. It has a cracked intake manifold and I cannot find one to save my life. Do any of you have a source for in-stock parts?
Many sites allow you to order one online then come back and say they are out of stock.

Ford Part number is 1L5Z-9424-A

And yes, they cracked and most of the supply has been bought up

Wrecking yard may be your best bet but they will also know its a hard to get part so may not sell it separately from the engine, or want a lot, I think Ford sold them for $150 or so

I searched using a Florida zipcode and 2 came up, $200 and $400, yikes
