Fuse #24 (cab) ONLY has power from the ignition switch in the Start (crank) position.

If you don't get power at pin 6 (WH/PK wire) of the clutch switch with the ignition switch in the Start (crank the starter) position, your ignition switch is bad (or fuse #24 is blown).

Fuse 28 shares that same power feed through the ignition switch Start position, so if fuse 24 socket has no power, neither will fuse 28 (confirms bad ignition switch, Start position contacts).

NO wire not broke that you could see, 12 volt at fuse, 3.6 at switch. about 3inch back from switch we had 12 volts. Replaced wire fuse to switch, you could not see anything from looking at insulation on wire that it was bad inside.
