'97 brake drum swap

Can someone give me some assistance with my new brake drums? Putting them on is obviously the easy part, but I know I have to adjust the brake shoes, and I'm assuming that I'll need to adjust them so that they pull in farther as a starting position since theres more on the inside of the new drums. I think I'm thinking about this right anyways...

So anyways, do you just use that little gear-type thing on the bottom between the two shoes to adjust them, and are there any other things I need to do or be aware of?

Thank you! :)

P.S. I replaced the shoes a couple months ago so they don't need to be replaced.

While rotating the drum, turn the starwheel adjuster until the shoes make contact with the drum. Back it off 1/2 turn and you're done!

Did you grease the shoe slides (where they contact the back-plate and slide against it during actuation)
Did you thoroughly clean and inspect or REPLACE the springs?

Did you get them adjusted? I can snap a picture of the adjuster if you need it. I've got a 7.5 disassembled in my garage right now.
