93 Ranger Turns Over and Starts, Instantly Dies

Alright, I really need help with this I cannot for the life of me figure the issue out. When I turn the truck on, I can hear the fuel pump running, turn the key, truck sparks, turns over, and starts right up, every time consistently. Immediately after that, it stalls out. If I put the pedal to the floor, I get about 3,000 rpms out of it and then it will either stall, or bog down tremendously, even if I've kept my foot there or I've feathered the pedal.

This may be unrelated, but I know it's under vacuum. I've noticed my air filter box is broken and thus the vacuum is unsealed. I'm also missing a small black rubber cap for one of the carbon boxes. I know I have a shitload of back pressure in the tank for some reason. So much that it's difficult to pump more than ten to fifteen bucks of gas in at a time.

I got the truck a few months ago and I love it. I had tank straps and a fuel pump replaced when I got it. I also just swapped the fuel filter and my next step is trying the fuel pressure regulator (which is all frozen )

If ANYONE can help me or has any type of insight I'd seriously appreciate it. Four days, lots of chasing, lots of forum browsing and google searches, no truck. Thank you.
