I just changed the oil in it, put a new air filter in. and it still does it. Im gunna put new plugs in it tommarow along with a new fuel filter. And i dont know what else to do. Any Suggestions

I got the same year truck and I have the same problems, I changed the oil and t he spark plugs and it worked better but it still does it, I ran a computer on it and it read Misfire in Cylinder one. You could have either a Warped Cylinder Head, Worn Head Gaskets, or anything with the Cylinders.
