97 2.3l oil leak

Next on my journey to getting this Ranger running better is my oil leak.
So first off, it's a '97 Ranger with a 2.3L, replaced the head last month and have had an oil leak ever since. Thought it was the valve cover gasket so I replaced the new one with another new one and still having the same issue. The oil seems to be coming from the back side of the valve train pulley that is ran by the timing belt. It's flinging oil and making a mess everywhere.
I drive 50 miles min a day and I'm going through half a quart of oil a day. Did I miss something when I put the new head on? I replaced all the gaskets with new ones. Other than it making a mess and costing a fortune in oil it's running very smooth.
Thanks in advance!
Rich

Ok.... what gaskets do I need to look at? Did I miss something when I transferred the sprocket to the new head? I have already gone through a total of 3 valve cover gaskets now and it doesnt seem to help... what am I missing?

Have you looked at the oil seal behind the pulley?

If it is damaged, it will pump oil out behind the cam pulley...
