belt tensioner.

hey guys my friend has a 98 ford ranger, single cab, short bed, 4 cyl 5 sp. he is replacing the belt tensioner on it, and if anyone knows off the top of there head how hard it is to take off and replace, and if any one has an estimated time of how long it should take that would be great.

thanks guys.

I have one in flawless condition for sale, if you or him are interested. It's only got 15K on it.
It took me about 2 minutes to remove the old one, and about 5 minutes to put on the new. That is after removing the fan/clutch assembly (four 10mm bolts) and shroud.
