bigger injectors for a 2.5L

i have a 99 2.5L auto. its got a fair amount done to it performance wise. K&n intake, high flow cat, flowmaster super 44. well i just recently installed the flowmaster and noticed a drop in gas mileage. with my old cherry bomb i was getting like 230 miles every 3/4's of a tank. now im lucky if i get 180-200 miles. i had my dad scan the truck and it came up saying its running rich and lean. i was gonna look into bigger fuel injectors to richin' it up so its not running lean. can mustang injectors work? i need sum help.

Try disconnecting the battery for 1/2hr.(this whon't remove any cel codes if it has any) so the computer can be reset and then re-learn the new mods. You have to drive it for a while so the cpu can learn new fuel/air curves and driving style.

There is no need for injectors for the "performance" stuff that you have. You probably don't have enough back pressure in the exhaust system so you lost low end power and hurt MPG.
