Parts are in, can't wait to get'er back together. I emailed someone about getting a chip written for the truck and I am looking for a lightning MAF and some 42# injectors.

The new pistons are forged and a lower compression ratio. The crank and rods should be fine with only 15psi.

[QUOTE=elementsenjoi;1166665]1. Turbo 2.3s are common practice.
2. Superchargers look cooler sticking through the hood.
3. Turbo lag is ghey.
4. I like to be different.
5. Because I can.

3. Turbo lag is ghey

To eliminate turbo lag dont put an intercooler same with a sc or blower
Either way you go its still COOL

Then my intake temp. would be ridiculous.

Thanks for the compliment.

By the way I am pressing on the pistons tomorrow after work.

Well, if anyone cares the motor is buttoned back up for the most part. We ported the head a little bit and got'er bolted on. Next step cutting the core support up and welding up the plumbing to the IC.

Well I don't have any pictures right now as we already took it back apart, but all of the plumbing is welded up. We also bought a new belt and got some more of the front accessory drive stuff back on. It's coming down to the little things now. I have to buy plugs, injectors, and a MAF still. I hate spending money. lol
