Will my truck run with a no DPFE sensor? Because she running like **** right now no power after 3000 rpm. I can't seam to figure out whats going on with this truck it starts up then runs like it's out of time but all the marks line up. I put a new head in it. It's a 1995 xlt and I put a 1996 head in it could the camshaft's be different? still the the only code I am getting is the P1401. Any thoughts?
