I have a '95 ranger xlt with stock 4 banger 5 speed,I want to swap it with a hot rod engine,automatic,someting old,like a 302 boss with carberatur,Is this possible without any major mods?and what other engine options do I have?
I just want a Beef'd up engine with a carberatur rather than fuel injection,
And a big cam.Something I can chrome out.
Please anyone who may know something about this,help.

V-8's are easy dont require much just time.

 

I own a '93 4 banger 2.3L and I have looked at getting an 8cyl. TOTALLY NOT WORTH IT. You would have to completely gut everything under the hood just to make room for the manifolds..... just stick with a 6cyl...... it's allot easier mod.
