Hi ive been without my a/c for like more than 4yrs and I fixed the a/c today it works perfectly but when I stop on a red light or reduce because theres traffic it instantly stops cooling... Anyone knows what I can do? Thanks

 

e-fan...not much you can do because there is not any air moving through the condenser so it wont cool as well
