I have a 95 ford ranger 4 cly. Recently replaced timing belt, but broke harmonic balancer in the process. Bought used one but still no power running rough. Is there a specific way u put the balancer on, or do I have other problem

 

no power, timing belt. your issue doesn't lay with the harmonic balance. get your timing checked, sound to me your off a tooth.
