I found fan soultion. But is it a REALLY bad idea?
 

I cross referenced a bunch of parts, and found a Fan/Clutch that fits. But the blades were too close for my liking (about 20mm clearance) to other components, so I added a 25mm spacer.

I am a bit worried this is a bad idea. And would really appreciate some feed back.

What part do you think is a bad idea? The engine will move some during normal running so as long as it can't hit anything you should be good.

If the standoff is not perfectly level and centered, the Fan/Clutch would be off balance, and could in theory, tear itself off. Taking out a lot of other parts in the process.
