Muffler Advice

Hola everyone, I've got a 97 Ranger Xlt (4.0 2.3L) and the entire exhaust from the cat back just completely fell off the other day...lol..had been a long time comin'...

Now there is 8 in. of pipe after the cat and I was wondering if there was a way I could get the pipes and muffler myself and just hang and cut everything but without welding... I'm trying to keep it as cheap as possible since the whole truck was 1200 to begin with...def a reliable truck tho and worth the time and effort.

Lost the cable for my camera the other day so gotta get a new one, once I do I'll get pics up of the ordeal...

Any Help Would be Greeatly appreciated!

they sell cat back kits that slip over and bolt on with clamps, dynomax, magnaflow ect, but you pay more for a fitting kit over just buying a muffler and going to the local shop.

Thanks a lot, pretty much answers my question...I'll just go down to some muffler shop and have em hit it with the welder real quick..
