Need to track down correct rods
Rebuilding my 2.3 out of a 97 ranger, I have a bent rod. There seems to be some descrepency between what i have and what sources say i need.
Through web searches i should need the following rods:
R25BJ (FM)
Forging #D42E-AA
The ones I pulled however are forging number:
F87E-BA
Backs are cast a22 on two, and b22 on the other two.
Any help would be appreciated, I'm just looking to replace 1 or 4 with stock level, I dont need the summit 900 hp rated rods.
