New exhaust
New exhaust
I put a new exhaust on my truck today. went fairly well. The only trouble I had was getting the old muffler off, because I wanted to keep it all in one piece. It sounds almost like a ricer.........
. but it isn't finished. It dumps under the bed right now. I need a 90 degree elbow because I want to dump it out in front of the tire instead of behind. I was even thinking about bringing it just below the step (I have a stepside bed). I want to cust a hole the bring it almost flush with that. I think that would be a good looking little trinket. I made a little mach up in paint, let me know what you think

i wouldnt do anything permanant like cutting your body unless your an exhuast specialist or fiberglass wiz... getting it to line up perfectly is not easy and a risk you should reconsider... just do something thats reversible like having it come out just under the body line in the same spot
Yeah, good advise. Would be kinda reckless. And I have all of the stuff to dump it just below the body line. We'll see. At this point I don't think I have time to line it all up and make it perfectly flush and go through the hassle of lining it all up and making sure its not gonna move, its a lof of work for to small of a detail this point I guess. so I will probably take that advise :D thanks
