New possible diagnosis with injector issue maybe Need help understanding?

I been dealing with a rough idle misfire symptom which is truly a rich symptom. On top of rich when I start and drive this truck for any given time and shut it off it takes 5 to 45 min starts when it wants which is almost a flood symptom so I let it sit and it starts still runs the same . so I got a new ICM today with points credit and same issue as far as the ICM goes I'm interested to know about the so called in proper ground issue these have with out using more then 1 bolt since 1 of the 4 bolt holes has broke bolt from previous change and top left hole was never tapped from factory I'm using the too right and lower right ICM bolts to ground the ICM module I also ran a ground wire and spade terminal as seen from a article about 2.3L ICM issue ran the wire through the lower left ICM hole to Battery -
So onto the catchy symptom with Injector as I'm working I pulled each individual injector plug and checked for idle decrease cyl 1 makes no change
Cyl 2,3 and 4 drop idle. Last Friday I back probed and scoped the injectors and had perfect results.
i get spark at the plugs and plug boots also.
Any ideas ? If it was a injector hopefully so because I don't want it to be a compression problem would this be a stuck open state or just purely clogged ? I ask that because if it is clogged wouldn't that cause the ecm to over compensate on the three other Injectors causing the flood issue and misfire on #1 seeing as spark is ruled out
