random rough idle
 

iv noticed when stopping at stop lights the the rpms drop to 500 then back up too 750 a couple times. Whats weird is it doesnt do it all the time. More often on cold running or if i only move 20 feet then have to push clutch in and stop. any ideas?

Try cleaning the IAC and throttle body and see if that helps.
