Rough idle and stall

Just bought a 95 b2300 when u first crank it it idles up and down and 6 out of 10 kills when you come to a stop I replaced IAC and cleaned throttle body and now it is worse what should be my next step

Change ECT(engine coolant temp) sensor, this is ONLY USED by the computer, no connection to dash board temp gauge
If computer doesn't know engine is cold then engine won't run well until it is warmed up

I will try that because the temp sender isn't working either I have no reading on my cluster for coolant temperature

a. I think the cluster signal comes from a second temp sensor - ?
b. Could the egr be sticking open at idle?
