This past weekend I removed the air intake muffler on my 92'. I read that it makes a noticeable difference, however I didn't notice anything major. However, I made a 160 mile trip in 5th gear almost the whole time, I could never use 5th gear in it. Figured I'd share the results of this "mod", definitely worth the 5 minute effort of removing it.
