Suggestions on tires
Hey guys. These will be for my 2002 xlt 2.3 2wd ranger.
I'm going larger no matter what. I'm a landscaper so I'm on road most of the time. But there are a lot of times when I'm into muddy, rocky, wet terrains. Plus I'll need really good snow tread.
I'm thinking all terrain or a mud/country terrain tire.
This is a daily driver**
Im installing a 3" body lift sooner or later, because i like sitting higher . :)
I know my 2.3 will turn 31's fine. So I'm looking at 31-10.5-15 stock rims.
Do you like these tires? I think its a good match and would perform well with my terrains I'm looking at. What do you think?
I'm wondering if I should go with 32's? The larger tire i go i loose power and start looking to regear. This isn't a problem but it might be hard finding a 8.8 rear end. Anything is possible so what do you guys think. Will the 2.3 handle the 32's? and without the lift right away?
32" tires
I don't want to re gear right away. But i do want to install the 3" body lift. So what do you think i should do?
