Ticking sound
 

My 93 ranger is making a ticking sound under all conditions, all speed and rpms, and with or without the clutch in. I checked the belts and such, but it seems to be coming from the top end of the engine. Any guesses, I just want to know what it might be before I drop a grand into it. Video should be attached.
