Under the hood as I type!!HELP!!

On the harmonic balancer.. Is the tooth sprocket on the back supposed to move?? Does it lock into place when installed?? Having trouble with timing and noticed it had been rotating. Put it where it goes just didn't want to install if it needed to be replaced..
Thanks!

Yes, it needs to be locked into place on the balancer, it shouldn't move on its own

Running great now

I've been having trouble setting the timing. the sprocket on the back side of the harmonic balancer was off nearly 180 degrees.. I've never seen nor heard of that before.. but she's running now like she was never sick before..

No, never ran into that or even read about it before.

Good work getting it up and running
