Took apart my upper intake and fuel rail with photos lots gas and carbon

Hoping someone can help me gather what the photos could mean as I finally got sick of monkey around with waisting $ on sensor parts.
So I'm getting to the bottom of the real issue
Started with #1 injector that had no change in idle when I pulled #1 Injector plug after I changed ICM and other sensors
Pulled ac and ps pump and bracket which was very tedious for some reason on the 94 my 89 was a much easier ps bracket .
I checked the timing belt and timing marks all good to go .
Took the valve cover off everything is in place looks nice .
Removed upper intake and fuel rail seeing as I was at that point and putting in a Injector Friday in hopes that will fix it , but the photos I post show alot of seems to be carbon and very wet in every intake runner and throttle body . Would this conclude a stuck open Injector or even a clogged Injector symptom?

Once again everything even gasket edges seemed to be overly wet and black but no signs of gasket leaks or tears .

So a 1994 ford ranger with 2.3l Lima engine

These run 30psi fuel pressure and have a Fuel pressure regulator(FPR) on the fuel rail, the FPR has fuel Return hose attached, AND a vacuum hose
The FPR diaphragm can leak and fuel is sucked into the engine via that vacuum hose, check that hose for gasoline
This is more likely to coat inside of intake more than stuck injector.

Google: diy fuel injector tester

You can use a can of compressed air or fluid to test if injector is leaking, also you can clean injectors this way

Just FYI
1994 and earlier Rangers used the EEC-IV 60 wire computer, these can run Batch Fire fuel injection or Sequential fuel injection
Batch fire on a 4cyl engine means computer opens TWO injectors at the same time, then the other two the next time, this keeps intake full of the air:fuel mix and each cylinder just sucks in what it needs, one-step up from a carburetor.
So unplugging one injector wouldn't matter too much, it would cause temporary Lean condition but computer would just open injectors longer within a second or two, to compensate

Look at your injector wires, each should have a Red wire, 12v, then if it can use Sequential injection then each would have a different color 2nd wire, if its Batch fire only then there would only be 2 different color wires, i.e. 2 injectors have Red and Tan wires, other 2 have Red and White wires

The 2.3l's got Cam sensors so they could use Sequential injection but computer can run Batch Fire as well, especially if a misfire is detected, one of the first things a computer does is to switch to Batch fire in case a bad injector is causing the misfire, Batch fire would stop the misfiring if that was the case

I know I have red on the 12v wire and a diff color on the other 4 wires .
So this info complicates the situation but I'm already at the point of changing .
This is it I give up after this

Yes, could be a computer issue, and no way to test for that, just eliminate other possibilities and then pull out computer

You can look inside the computer to see if circuit board has damage, there are 3 Blue Capacitors that can leak after 20+ years and it will cause odd issues

Picture of circuit board here: Ford EEC-IV

You can see the 3 Blue capacitors
They can be removed, circuit board cleaned up and then replaced, for about $5

If I do indeed have to shoot for a computer if nothing else can you explain the compatibility list for a 94 2.3 5 speed . I would just be trying bone yard computers . Do I have to stick with a 94 2.3 motor same trans any other year make model compatibility in cars as well of the pickings are slim
