Timing Belt

I Have An 93 Ford Ranger 2.3 And The Timing Belt Is Not Working My Question Is What Parts Do I Need To Acquire To Fix This? I Heard If You Don't Replace Everything This Will Happen Again But I Have No Clue What Parts Are Needed. Any Help Would Be Apreciated Thank You

There is a belt tensioner that could cause the problem. Other than that you could simply have an old rotten belt that stripped teeth.

It is advised to replace the water pump while you're in that deep. Kind of like replacing pressure plate, throw out bearing, and pilot bearing with the clutch disk during a clutch job...

No, since the belt is made of rubber stuff, and not a metal chain, the sprockets dont get worn......or it would take a ton of miles to wear the sprockets.
