1997 2.3 replaced timing belt ran great but had a miss at idle, so I replaced spark plugs and wires all 8. now its making a knock at all speeds, what could have gone wrong?

 

Did you get it timed right when you installed belt,are all plug wires on the plugs snug and use Motorcraft or autolite plugs.I know my truck knocked when I used a cheapy oil filter in winter and hated Bosch platinum plugs.Good Luck "bgood"
