Yet another idler pulley problem.

Hi, all. I have a '94 Ranger 2.3 with A/C and the idler pulley kept eating belts.
Turns out it was a *lawnmower* pulley that someone jury-rigged to the bracket just to flip the truck. Apparently the previous owner couldn't be bothered to pop for a new pulley and tossed the original bolt out.
So now I've gotten a good, used pulley from a junkyard with a bolt, but the bolt is the wrong diameter for the hole in the bracket. It's too small and I've currently got it rigged with a washer and a nut on the backside of the bracket. It's working for now, but the bearing inner race on the correct aftermarket pulley I've bought new has a much larger diameter than the one I'm using and I'd rather fix it correctly.
The bolt (I'm assuming by the larger threaded hole in the bracket and the pulley center) has a large diameter shoulder on it and slightly smaller diameter threaded area.
The dealer says Ford doesn't make it any more and that jobbers probably have it now.
The major jobbers I've been to can't find it and the local scrapyards only had the pulley with the smaller diameter bolt.

Has anybody ever had to replace one/know what bolt I'm looking for by the description? It's hard to look for something that you've never seen before.

Ah, yes. I see now that I've googled around a bit.
Unfortunately every example I've found says it doesn't fit my vehicle (and nothing more).

I'd be golden if I could find a part number and a description/dimensions I could match it up to.
