Looks good Mark -- wish I knew you were doing this. I could of sold you axles and shocks and whatever else you needed off my truck that was big purchases.

yea i have a late model 30 that runs the 297 u joints (same as 44's for people that dont know) but actually sadly this is going to run 2wd for a lil while until i figure out my trans/transfercase choice. which arent much but with the heigth of the truck and the output styles of the BW cases i need to make sure i will have NO driveline vibrations. so im most likely going to have to run a CV style joint at one end and clock the transfer case. but for now, ill actually run just the stub shaft. Cause im changing the gears in the front to match the soon to be 4.88's in the rear. but i dont want to replace bearings and races twice after the axle is powdercoated by putting the factory diff back in then new stuff ya know. but that will for sureley only be temperary. I finally picked my colors. Southern Silver and Pshycho Yellow. By the time the truck is done it will be satin black with only the sides of the hood and upper doors, roof and cab yellow.... tone it down a lot

Probably missed it but too lazy to look. What rear axle are you gonna use and any plans to box the frame where that bracket is?

Yea I will be boxing in the rear a bit. I'm pulling the spare tire but leaving the mount. The cradle will have a cross brace so it will act as a "plated area" with a cross member. and I'm sure I'll sleeve the gear box and add a tube brace in front of the motor.

got all my coils in finally....i ordered half of them wrong like an idiot. the fox boxes in the pics are the fronts w/ resi's =]. i have ALL 16 johnny joints and tube adapters AND All my trac bar, panhard, rod ends and tube adapters etc. so all i truly have left to buy is the gear box and all the parts to rebuild the axle.... oh and build the front and rear shock hoops and build front and rear tracbar/panhard frame brackets and build all the link arms etc...but all that will be done on the truck before final assemly and final powdercoat

Holy crap it's been a while. Sorry I've been busy as hell at the shop and life. UPDATE front axle and center cradle are at powder coat now. Once I get those back I can rebuild the front axle and start getting the coilover hoops built link arms etc. I'll post pics when I get them from pc
