What is the best axle for a SAS, I have a 1996 3.0 Ranger (Manual), I wanna know what would be the best? Any pro and cons about anything would help, id greatly appreciate any kind of feedback and any other info abt it, thanks!

Look back in the forums. The same question has been asked countless times.

 

It realy depends on what kind of use you want out of the truck, if its a trail only rig your going to want the some beef like a dana 60
if it is a daily driver you might not want realy wide axles, you may want the abs system to still work
do you want the lug pattern to match front and back? if so what rear axle do you plan on running?

 

Ok ive been searching a lot, im thinking about a ford 8.8 out of a 4.0 ranger or out of an explorer for the rear to beef it up and im thinking a dana 44 out of a bronco to swap the dana 35 out of the front

Haha hell yea man that would be a hell of a axle for anything, i dont think my lil baby 3.0 would be able to move the truck ha
