It Begins.. SAS swap like none other.
Well i got married and bought a house and got my monthly allowance from the wife... and this is what happens....
When I say like non other. I mean we are building a parrallel 4 link front AND rear with panhard/trac bar's. The follwing pics are the raw design on paper, which we will be starting on next week. it will take some time to complete but the goal is to be at SEMA 2013! fully powercoated axles, link arms, sub frame, steering, etc.

thanks guys.. yall can hit me up on FB, theres plenty of pics of the wedding up.. yes it is a spare dana 30 we had at the shop. It came out of a 2000 cherokee. so it has 297 u joints (same as a 44) and with the truss n everything it wont break for the little to no wheeling i actually do. so im not worried.

eh guy, find me some one else that has done it the way i am.. or even a 4 link rear, maybe one. and it will barely be used for anything offroad (even though it will be capable), for one its south florida and we really only have mud or pavement, 2nd i dont spend my hard earned money just to break ****. would you buy a nice new house just to burn it down? Or buy your kid a new pair of shoes and let him go play outside in the dirt? Nope. same way i feel about my truck.

Congrat on the wedding, you are a lucky guy… she is a sweet one.
Ok on the truck, sounds great and four link, a lot of people talk about it but it never happens.
I will be watching what you do and hoping/wishing it was my truck.
If you are using a water jet then there are CAD drawings, do you think they can be applied to a D44, I am thinking yes but just asking ?
When you designed the lift, what height are you looking for, you mentioned 37” tires ?
Good Luck, Congrates…

The bottom of the frame at the center will sit right at about 30"s. it's gonna sit right at the top of 38's at the bottom of the fender. Ridin with a Cali lean of course. The cage is gonna sit about 7" below the frame. I'll get some pics soon. Who knows I may sell them as kits one day lol haha

You would make some good money selling them. Congrats on getting married and the house. Definitely want an invite to come over and check it out in progress. Still debating whether I want something new or a 302. Just don't want payments for a while. Good luck with the build. It's gonna be sweet.

You know, mark, your truck was the original truck that made me want to lift mine. Though it was bad *** from the first time I saw it and this just adds to it! I can't wait to see the progress on this. Please, for the love of god, post TONS of pictures.
And congratulations on the wedding and house!
