08 2wd Reg cab lift

Hey guys I've got a 5 spd 2wd ranger, an 08, its got 31s on it and i wanna give it a little lift, nothing huge cause I dont want to have to go with bigger tires. Can I get away with just replacing the coils and shocks up front and then blocks at the back??

Thanks for any help

spindles are expensive, man looks like he wants to not go expensive.

you can do F150 coils (rough ride)
ebay lift coils (limit travel a bit since the spindle post doesnt change relative location)
spindles (the best form of lift, but the most expensive..duh)
coil spacers (not recommended imo)

you will need longer shocks if you suspension lift

and I recommend either blocks or shackle in the rear.

if you go with anything under 3" then you can do stock 4x4 shocks for a ranger. theyre longer

Justice is right but I am gonna add a little more.

Spindles will give you 3" and you can keep your stock shocks. (This will be my next purchase)

Or, you could do a body lift which is 3" and its not all that expensive. Easy to do. Can do it yourself in a weekend.

You can do coils or coil spacers but you will need longer shocks and a camber kit.
