no its becuase to achieve the list the suspension has to move down 4 inches to provide the lift the brackets attatch to the frame after you grind the radius arm rivits then it bolts to the brackets.. the i beam brackets are to drop down the radius arms to provide the lift, and those are allot of fun to put in let me tell you, personally i wouldnt go with a rough country lift, ive had one and i didnt ike it at all.. the install didnt go well at all...

Not trying to dissaude you, but I've had some friends get rough country lifts on their Bronco's and BII's and they broke quite a bit. They drove their trucks decently hard, but I wouldn't trust it. And, if you do go with them, be sure to go with a better shock like Bilstein that's more fade-resistant, as the ones that come in the kit will fade in about 10 minutes of off-road driving, and seem to have a knack for blowing seals.
