1999 2wd RANGER 3.0 ENGINE WITH COIL SPRING. FRONT END SAG

Hello, can anyone give me some advise to level out my front end? Rides fine, just dont like the look. I upgraded shocks because i was told the grill guard was weighing it down. Nothing changed.
