After you crank your bars to level the truck out you need to get your alignment check just to make sure the front is strait and not going to wear your tires out.

Crank your t-bars, get an alignment and you won't wear out your tires.

Crank your t-bars, don't get an alignment and you will wear out your tires.

After I cranked mine I took it to the tire shop and it did not need a alignment. Most places don't charge to check,so if you do go get it checked.

15000 miles and cranked and decranked in between and never got an alignment. My tires are fine. So i say bull**** to needing an alignment. But if you enjoy spending money, go get it aligned.
