Lowering my 97 from scratch

hey guys, im looking into lowering my 97, iv looked around where i thought was just about everywhere, but i cant find anything for a 97 2x4 2.3L 5 speed. ext cab step side. my dream is to have 4" front drop, 5" rear drop....with 18's.
i live in new hapshire and gets vary cold winters and hot summers. and i dont a have an inside place i can put it. so i no i cant bag it. but should i use cut spings in the front and a flip kit? or coil overs or what? can someone please help me out. what do i need to look for. what would be better than what. where to look for this or that or anything you can think of, i could use! thank you. i just tried posting some pics but keeps failing. im ganna mess around with it and try in a litle bit. thank you.

Look at the DJM 3/4 kit Start there and if it's not low enough get some Splash springs and a 1" block.

That is exactly what I did to my first truck, a 93 Splash. I put 180k miles on that drop kit, and still had no problems out of the DJM kit. I bet you will like the stance. The wheels are 17x8 Centerline Racing Billets with 245/45 BFG comp TA tires.

if your on a budget you could flip the shackles and either cut a littlw bit of spring or buy lowering springs and get some lowering shocks thats what I did and it hardly effected ride and greatly reduced body roll
