if its 01-02 kit the knuckle only has 1 hole to fit the larger rotors which are 03+

Now if you are buying the kit brand new the 01+ kit will work fine because the knuckles have the holes for both the smaller and larger rotors.

If you are buying used check it out first.

It's off of an 02... hmmm... The reason I want this one is he is willing to work out a trade for some stuff I have so it really wouldn't cost me any cash. Do I need longer brakelines and stuff with the superlift? what do I need besides what's in the kit?

depends on what he is going to give you with the kit.
superlift will give you u a break line bracket that remounts the line to reach. i donno how tight the line actually is tho. i've got longer stainless lines that are being sold with the superlift cause i cant use them with my new axle. i dont no exactly what superlift puts in the kit.

it will work just fine. i have an '08 that i just put a superlift on. the only fit issue was the torsion bar skid plates wouldnt fit on the torsion bar drop bracket, the holes on the plates wouldnt line up with the holes on the bottom of the bracket. i was gonna drill new holes, but didnt.

again, check the back of the knuckle on the superlift kit, if its got the 4 holes right next to each other your brakes will work, if it does not you will need new 01-02 rotors. its the only difference. easy swap too.

brake lines should be resolved with a bracket that comes with a kit.

i think i have installed 5 superlift kits now?

wow... shane is giving me his rotors if I need em so that doesn't bother me now... I'm actually going to be doing the 3" bl and the 4" superlift so i can run 35's so that solves my brakeline problem since I will be needing them anyways.
thanks

Are you talkin' about the caliper mounting bracket that bolts to the knuckle? I remember carrying over the hub and caliper bracket to my new superlift knuckles....I had 4 threaded holes in my knuckles. Is that what your talking about? the four threaded holes for the caliper mounting bracket bolts?

Yea....Cory...if you need them, my old rotors are yours. Soon as my slotted ones from Alon gets here.

I know the front brake lines, Superlift gives you drop brackets. I still havn't made some(bought it used as well). But it's basically an S shaped drop bracket. The rear I believe is left stock.

Look at the knuckles in this picture, they are for a 1998 to 2000 ranger. The knuckles only have one set of holes for the caliper bracket.

01+ superlift kits should have 2 holes except for the early kits!

The kit I posted is the original kit that SL sold until they updated it to the knuckles with 4 holes in them.
